To make our all-round service offering clearer, we’ve divided it into three main categories: property management, rental support, and concierge services. Property management
Reliable support all year round. We take care of everything that comes with owning a second home. We understand French bureaucracy, speak the language, and act quickly when needed. Whether it’s an emergency or a scheduled visit, requesting quotes or chasing contractors, organizing cleaning and linen for your own stay, or handling admin – everything gets done, without you needing to worry.
Rental support
Want to earn some extra income through rentals but skip the 3am phone calls or debates about the security deposit? We’re the primary point of contact for both rental agencies and renters, offering 24/7 support for any question, issue or emergency. From a warm welcome at check-in to a thorough inspection at check-out, we also manage cleaning and linen services – all in-house, so we can guarantee quality.
Concierge services
Exclusively for guests renting your property who wish to enhance their stay with extra comfort and luxury (additional costs apply to the guest). Our services range from arranging a stocked fridge upon arrival to private chefs, nannies, or other personalized requests.
